Divorce
My Fiance filed for divorce in December 29, 2006. His wife got served with the divorce papers on 1/4/07. My fiance filed the Proof Of Service Of Summons on May 4, 2007. His wife never responded and nothing else has been done.
My question is, can he still continue his divorce from this case that is already open; if so, what is his next step- or does he have to refile?
