I can't afford her again, how do I procced without a lawyer?
It isn't "again" it should have been part of the divorce proceedings; any other laywre should not charge you more that 200.00 to do this from scratch. They use a quiot cliam deed ( form ) for your state tyoe you names on it send it with a short letter to the other atty, they send it to thei client client send it back to them or you.
I suppose you could get a quit claim deed from the state court website or the state bar website;
type inthelegal descritption and send it to him. But it wil be his tty that will encourage him to sign it
thius is the reason people use attys for this type os arms length transcation, becaus eif the other atty doesn;t cooperate and encourage his client to follow through on the court agreement the atty will be sanctioned. that is the hammer that epopel use. wwithout his atty you don't have a hammer. then you will have to baclk to court and get the judge to find him in contempt ; more cost more time
