Do both parties have to sign divorce papers

Separated for two years, she took contents, the house has been sold
child support is being paid , she won't accept or sign for any papers, do we both have to sign divorce papers?

I have had experience with divorce, both parties have to sign papers unless there is mitigating circumstances.
