The person i bought the building and property from had given the buyer of the building one year to remove it, it wasn't done in that time frame and about one year later the orignal seller took the building back and sold it to me.

Do i own the building?
I bought two lots with a building on a cement slab. Six years ago the building was sold to be moved within a year, it was not. The one who bought the building is claiming it is his still. I bought the property three years ago. I found out two months ago the building only is on his tax role. Who owns the building?
