Do you have to have a handicapped sticker to park in a designated spot?
You don't have a handicapped permit, is it okay to pull into a designated parking spot and wait for someone, as long as you remain in the vehicle. Someone told me this was a "standing law" and it doesn't matter if you park there as long as a person stays in the car.
