Does commission count in child support

I have a sales career and I have a base salary! I am wondering if my commission checks count in child support. I get them only when I sale a product.

The court looks at your yearly salary not comissions due to the fact comissions are not considered a set incom. If your ex is trying to include your comissins as part of your yearly salary, she could ask the court to have you to comply with a total report on your commisons but in order for her to do that you would have to be having a regular weekly or bi-weekly or monthly commisiom reguarly. If child support has already be stipulated though the court she could file for an increase for a raise in child support, but she can do that at anytime anyways. It does not mean that she can get it. You also have legal rights if you make less money than you made at the time of your child support order you can file a motion to have your child support lowered.

I live in Illinois and wanted to make sure it is not a law for 20% of my bonus or commission is added on top of my base pay. So we are in the process and she says my sales commission counts as total pay. Is that correct?
