Are you named on the birth certificate? Do you have a court ordered visitation? Do you pay child support? Does the child have your last name? If you can answer yes to all tgese questions - you have rights - but cannot have her arrested under thr pkka....
If your answer is no to all thease questions, you really don't have any rights unless you take her to court for a paternity order. If you found to have paternity - then you can request visitation, but at the same time will be ordered to pay child supprt.

Dont know my childs ware abouts since birth, woman won't let me, and won't tell me?Can I have her aressted for kidnaping?
If a lady has a child with me. She has not let me , or given any information about the childs ware abouts or the being of the child. Can I have her arrested for kidnapping?
