Elderly conjoint Isymer power of atorny
My mom 75 years old wommen usben have Isymer in care facility maried for 35 years goverment want to take house and sell it and keep the money to a trust account for expences for the usben's care.
In the original will all goods are left to my mom but because he is still alive is family do not aprove my mom to be in control of the asset now she will be obligated to sell the house they have build together for supporting the hold man,leaving her with nothing.
The hold man is 83 years hold in care home for the last 5 years my mom is 75 with a pace maker and live on her own.
