Wow you might want to get another job. This happened to my husband once while working for a small company they ask him if it was ok to pay him a week later because they were waiting on payment for a job. It is sad when a company cannot make payroll. If you ask and they can't tell you then it is up to you if you want to continue to work for the company. You could call the labor board and see what you can do,they will have to pay you. It is up to you to decide if you want to give the company a little time.before taking this any further. But I would think that the company would have the respect to their employer to give them some ideal on when they will be paid. that way the employers can at least have an option of what they want to do and in talking to the employer that shows their concerned for the employer and their company.
