Failure to identify law

If i am only being lawfull detained by police and i am not a witness, and i intentionally refuse to provide them with my name, date of birth or address, when asked, can i be arrested for failure to identify ?

The agency can keep you until they identify you via fingerprints or other data, i they have reasonable suspicion that you are attempting to hide your identity because you are wanted for a crime. Concealment of identity has been held by some courts to be equivlivent to obstructing justice.
