False alligations

If a person claims you grabed there child and the child was no were around and of course there is no evidence to the fact can he or she convict that person with a lie

Those are pretty strong accusations, If you can prove that the child was not there at the time of the said incident and I do not know if the parent signed a police report ,but if she did and you prove it did not happen she could be charged with filing a false police report and they could charge her with obstruction and you could probably sue her for slander or defamation.
