A will was drawn up in 2003 my aunt left me everything. Recently in 2006 a revision was made leaving my uncle with power of attny. my mother and me as trustees, no benificiarys listed. My uncle wont tell me who the attny is. My aunt was placed in a 24 hr care facility. My mom and uncle found the will in safe deposit box and decided it wasnt fare to leave everything to me and now with the revision all goes to my mother. He wants to sign over power of attny to my mom because nothing is in it for his side of the family. Mom has threatened my daughter and me with liquidating her entire estate and distributing to all my siblings 6 or more. My aunt isnt even dead! Shes taken all valubles out of the home. I love my aunt and I feel my mom is seeking revenge, My aunt and I are very close
