Wouldn't you still have to disclose the fact you had a felony? even it if was before the age of 18?

No you dont because that is a private sealed record , that no one is allowed to know, when a judge sealed the record , it is a law that protects the child hood things we do , that wont affect us when we make our own moves when we re grown up , and theres a reason for that, thats like holding a 6 year old for stealing a candy bar, has no reason to let any one know this, this rule applies to every one ,

Depends, if you are tried as an adult it stays on your record. I pled guilty to larceny over $100 when I was 17. That was 43 years ago, and it is still on my record. I was also convicted of MIP 42 years ago and can't have the felony expunged.
