Flma

I have to open heart surgery,but my work is telling me that I have only 58 days of FLMA left.I signed up in march because of my High blood pressure (intermitant).Can I sign up for FLMA for 12 weeks for my heart condition, or do I have to try to wait til March?My Doctor said i will be out at least 12 weeks.What do I do?
