Florida Probate -Signed Disclaimer what does it mean?

I signed a disclaimer 10 years ago that stated that I irrevocably and unqualifiedly refuse to accept my one fourth share of property and each and every interest in my fathers intestate estate. This document was notarized and submitted to the personal representative and filed at the courthouse in Florida I have tried to read Chapter 739 of the probate code but i might as well be reading greek. . What did I sign? Am i totally out of the picture concerning his estate?
