Grandparent legal visitation Rights

My son and his wife live in Oregon. I live in Ca. She will not let me see my grandchildren, and my son is going along with this. Do I have any legal rights to see them. Simply put, she is not a nice person, and my son is afraid to cross her. Thanks for any info. It's just killing me.

You have know legal rights only yhe rights the parents give you. So unless they change their minds you are not going to be allowed to see them. You might want to talk to them and get this straighted out and hopefully they will see how imporant the grandcholdren are to you.
