You may have to rely on one of the grandparents to effort a visitation for you, Co statute was found to be invaild by teh Supreme Court and they have not passed a new statute.
you are in the same legal boat as you are considered a "third party " in Co since you aren't a direct grandparent
if a grandparent can bring an action and piggy back your visitation , thta would help . otherwise you are going to have hard court battle.
see what I wrote about how you would have to bring a case in this answer I provided in a question about Washington state, s this threshiold would apply to you.
