Having a lesbian as a babysitter, of course not, unless someone wants to make it an issue. Question more the point that they live in your house and make sure they are above reproach by anyone who may try to make it an issue. That should be the issue, lesbian or not.

I would not think so. If someone like the absent parent trys to make an issue out of it they could give you a hard time. Myself I think that is really your business and you have not broken any law thats for sure. The care that the babysitter gives is what is imporant and if your happy with her thats all that should matter so relax and don't let it bother you.

Sorry to ask but some one will at court ---is the baby sitter your new partner or just a baby sitter in either case you had better have a good answer that will be acceptable to the court i would consult your lawer for advice on how the court will react in your area unfortunatly the atmospheer changes from city to city and court systems good luck

We arent parnters or anything just friends. she needs a place to live well she is in school.
