How do I find out how much is owed to me?

I was divorced in 1998, had primary custody and was to be paid $275.00 per month for child support. I never received any support and in 2003 gave my ex-wife primary custody. Then in 2004 she filed an agreement with AZ child support asking for this case to be closed due to my efforts to collect back support owed me. We agreed at that time to "call it a wash" and she moved on. Since then I have been contacted by AZ and UT saying I owe her back support and have had liens put on my state and federal taxes. I cannot seem to get any answers from any of those gov. entities or be able to resolve this situation and I don't have funds for lawyers. I have documentation but none of the people I've been able to contact pay attention to them. My son is now 19, I haven't had any visitation in years and they have moved again to FL. Where do I begin to straighten this mess out? She owes me more than I ever would her. HELP!

The county I live in will try to collect support, do I need an attorney or should I let the county/state/federal entities do it? I am concerned that as a father with primary custody and support orders, that somehow my ex had overturned in another state, I won't be paid attention to.

I need as many resources as I can get, this is a very complicated case and not all states work together.
