How do I have a judgement vacated?

My ex wife had a judgement file against me for $2400 that I did not pay because she was in contempt of the Divorce Decree. I did not take her back to court so what can I do to have the judgement vacated? Now a title company will not complete my refinance loan because of the judgement.

You can pay the judgment. That is the easiest way. If your time for appeal is past, you really have no oter choice. Appeals have to be filed within the time limits set by local court rules. Generally the time limit is from 10- 30 days after a verdict.
If, someone else is violating a court order, you motion a show cause and have the court "spank" the person ( by fine or jail or both); but to not pay as the court has ordered you to, is not an acceptable response, as you have found out.
Perhaps she will take a settlement , an amount less than the judgment. Other than that, there is no alternative that I am aware of.
