How do i proceed?
A hospital sued me for 1000 dollars, and as a result of correspondence from their attorney, I failed to appear in court thinking because they requested more time and I receieved their letter late in the mail, I then did not appear in court. I wish to appeal the matter as their mail arrived late. Is it true that hospital ,must provide an itimized list of expenses in order to win the case. Hospital has never provided such a list. All advice appreciated.
