You cannot evict anyone only the courts can do that. What you have to do is if you have a family member living with you and their paying rent and on time then you would have to give them a thirty day notice to vacate. If they are not paying rent then you have to give them a ten day written notice,if at that time they do not move then you have to file a motion with the court asking the court to evict them. They will be served a notice with a court date, when you go to court the judge will tell them when they have to be out and if they are not out on that date then all you have to do is call the sheff's department to have them come and remove them and their possesions. This is the only way that you can get them out.
