How long do 10 Mg Methadone stay in your system? This can take awhile and it may take up to 12 to 14 days to get this out of the urine system and this is takes more time then you would think and blood trace can be found for many more days and i would wait for a long while before i tried to get a drug test for a job or something important because of the time it takes for this to clear . and i know this has bad side effects after stopping this medication. and you will feel bad for a while. so stop this and wait for a while to test!

I called my colleague that is on the board of a state methadone treatment center and he thought that 4-5 days. But he suggested you buy an at home test kit from a phramacy just be sure before you test for the "test".

I take methadone at a clinic and The thing with methadone is it layers in your fat cells in 3 different layers it also has a 3day half life. So it's gonna take around 3weeks thats If you take nothing to help it get out. Now if you drink plenty water an even cleanse pills you could cut time in half. Methadone is like almost trying to get pot out, hope helps you goud luck with it.
