Husband states making 1300 less a month, doesnt want to pay alimony of $150.00
Been married 34 years, divorced 2007 final. ex husband now says he is making -1300.00 mo, has a new lawyer who sent me a form to sign so ex doesnt have to continue alimony of $150.00 a mon I get 27% of his pension but i cannot afford to give the $150.00 up, he is 57, works as a contractor under the table, owns 2 - 3 homes. I don't want to start legal proceedings again, i spent 25,000.00 on this divorce and retire in 10 years and need to save. What should i say to this new lawyer of me ex and you see my ex is lying, how do i handle this. Help and thankyou for any answers you can provide me.
