I am a American citizen that married a colombian women that I believe is fraud

We have been married for 15 months, she became pregnant with another man, this is when I asked for a devorce, she agreed and asked for some time to leave, the next night she was away from home I was home with my children she showed up at the house with the police and stated she fears for her life and she wants to get her belongings out, the next day a restraining order was filed stating all kinds of abuse. My lawyer told me she needs the order for immigration so she can get her green card, the case was dropped now. Now I am dealing with immigration trying to protect myself, it seems immigration does not care.
