I am going through a divorce and shared 50% of property with husband. His mother, my mother in law owns the other 50%. Mother in law had husband sign

A quick claim to her giving up his 25% to her. Does she own 60% and I 33.3% or is she 75% owner and I 25%. She sent me paperwork from Amerititle, a Statuatory Warranty Deed listing her as Grantee. Why does this give her all right title and interest in the property and what am I entitled to in court during divorce trial?
