None of the children live with you? I think what you are saying in your question is that you have twins, but one moved in with grandma and one still lives with your ex!? If that's the case, you may not get a reduction, but my be ordered to pay child support to 2 different people now, also, your ex will be required to pay child support for the child that is not living with her. There is still another catch though, how old is the child? It may be, since the child no longer lives at home, that the child is emancipated and no will have to pay child support. I think you should contact your local family court office and just ask a few questions. Is there any legal paperwork for the child to be living at grandma's? If there isn't, you may be stuck paying the mother the child support until there is legal gaurdianship paperwork filed by grandma! Maybe you should try to file for custody of the one child that lives at grandma's! Hope this helps! Good luck to you!
