I have a reciept and the property, no title.

Purchased motorcycle with cash and recieved a promise of legal paper title.Over one year later I hav'nt recieved the title.

You best might might be small claims court or something, unless she can provide the title

in the future, don't make the deal for something unless the title is there from the begining.
