I took Baycol for 2 1/2 years before being banned by the F.D.A. on Aug. 8, 2000. 12 days later, I had a brain aneurysm. Bayer won't pay?

I had a Brain Aneurysm and nearly died. Dr.'s at Oregon Health Sciences University said later that I had cocaine in my system, which is NOT true. They said some cocaine is cut with Benzol and it's been proven (or so they said) to cause Brain Aneurysms, or Strokes in some people that use it. Because of this, (apparently), the lawyer that took my case decided he couldn't (or wouldn't) take it after all, making me wait unnecessarily for 18 mo. before deciding he wasn't going to represent me in a lawsuit against Bayer Corp. I'm so angry at Bayer Corp. that I still have 2/3 of my last prescription of Baycol and feel like taking it to see what will happen. I still have bad cramps in my feet and legs nightly. Companies are quick in taking your money, but when it comes time to "pay the piper," you can get f---ed, as far as they're concerned. Is that legal? What can I do?
