I was Stopped driving for no reson

A state trooper stopped me going on HOV to see if I had three people in the car and I did then he started to check my trailer and saw there was no inspection and he ask me for my license but it was suspended and this is my thrid offence

So what are you claiming is your problem or question? The police officer probably stopped you because he could see from driving behind you that the inspection sticker was missing from your trailer. He has every legal right to do that. They catch a lot of criminals that way.

You were not stopped for no reason at all. Typicall cops have some sort of idea of something that seems suscipcious. Perhaps it was the trailer that tipped him off. In any even you were doing something wrong, driving with a suspended liscense 3rd offense and hauling a trailer with no inspection sticker. Therefore you will have to pay the consequences.
