Iam on ltd disabilty
I am on long term disabilty and have a diease that can take my life at anytime. Iam cucurently giving seventeen hundred dollars per month for One Child? what is the law Iam sixty one years old and find this is a very large amount for one child.can not save very much for the future would like to known what is my rights.

You need to file a motion with the court ASAP to modifly the orignal court order. I am surprized at you even having at anytime having to pay that kind of money. You should also take with you to court the information on your health from your doctor. I would think that your child support would drop way down. I am sorry to hear about your illness it is a tradgy and this has to be so hard on you and your family. I will be saying a prayer for you. God bless
