If a manager questions an employee about another employee; is that considered harassment?

I want to drop an 8 hr shift in my work schedule. I will be working 36 hrs one week and drop from 40 to 32 the following.

If you are an hourly employee and you are suppose to clock in at 8:30 and you clock in at 8:31, are you considered late or is there a five minute rule?

How long can an w-2 employee that is hired on as seasonal for a job that has a short span that turns into a longer time be considered seasonal. What I mean is that a seasonal employee does not have benefits....
