If a spouse removes property during division of property is that binding?

In ohio law, if my husband removes property from the list of property that is being split and then later decides he wants to restart the division from the beginning after already agreeing to the previous unfinish list, can he do this or by his removal of property a binding contract of his agreement to it? If a previous case with this issue is there (in ohio) can you proved it?

This is something that you should go to the courts with. If a division of property was already in place, he is taking it upon himself to change the agreement. Make a note of all items missing so that you will have something to show the judge. Take pictures of the remaining items. make sure you get all agreements you have with him in writing.
