If child support has never been in the courts and the child is now 19 can child support be collected?

If child support has never been in the court system and the child is now 19 can child support be collected.

If there has never been a motion filed for child support on the 19 year old child then no you cannot file for any back child support. You can go online to lawsonchildsupport.com for additional information

It would depend on the age of majority in the state of residence of the child ,as some are 21
