Is it possible to go back 29 yrs for child support?

I am now 29 yrs old and from what knowledge i've gained from peers i feel that i should go after my father for the support he should've given me thru the yrs. He has known about me from day one, but didnt want to help take care of what was his. What should i do, and how would i go about doing it?

You cannot go after your father for child support - child support is paid to the parent and the parent (your mother) would have had to file with the court for child support. Second - most States will not go back more than three years so you would not have any recourse in recovery - even if it were your mom that filed at this late date.
