Is my employer in the right not to pay me holiday pay for working on a holiday
My employer said I must work on the holiday and since I am not passed my 90 day, probation. I am only eligible to be paid my regular 8 hr wage for working on the holiday. My question is am I entitled to holiday wages on top of my regular wages because I know I am not entitled to paid holiday off until I am passed my 90 days but since they are making me work on the holiday I thought they were to pay holiday as well regular wages.
