Is there a form the court can get to order a paternity test?

Im having a baby in october and the babys father is wanting a paternity test, however I do not want him around at all, do i have to take the test of the court orders it or is that against my rights?

If the court orders a paternity test for him you have to obey it. It would not violate your rights. He has rights too. It may cause him to have to pay child support, and he may re-think the whole thing if you are reluctant.
