Is this terms for a lawsuit against mananement and a fellow employee

Someone was accused of drinking on the job. Company policy is to test the employee and it came back as negative. Before the person reported back to work, the person was talking to other employees that they had turned them in. When the employee came back to work, everyone balked. Is this a case she should persue? I have contaced our rep and gave all the details of what was said betweem the accusor and managment. Is this just cause for a lawsuit with the employee and the compant managment?

The comments were given to me not the employee accused. Because I was the one who told. I do not feel it was grounded and what I can do to make it right.
