Kowledge of child animal sexual contact

If i know of a situation of the above what am i legally obligated to do.
am i suppose to report this to dfacs or police or both, can i get in trouble for not reporting such offense,

Yes, Knowledge of the abuse of a child and failure to report it constitutes accessory after the fact. Please contact your local Child Protective Services right away, you may be able to do this without giving your name.
