Statutory Sick Pay is a term used in the United Kingdom (UK) when people get pay continued for some time, after they've been sick for 4 consecutive days.

On the other hand, injuries suffered at work usually won't be considered sickness, but rather disabilities due to accidents. These things are covered under programs like workers compensation and government disability insurance.
