Landlord eviction
According to the Judment Order on Nov-20-07, my Tenans have to pay $1,405 by Dec-03-07 for the rent of November.and the Lawyer fees. However, my Tenants have directly deposited 1 bad check of $2,200 on Dec-03-07 , and 1 good check of $160 on Dec-06-07 to cover for the rent of November and December to the bank account that I have set up for them to pay rent. What can I do to evit them out of the house?
