Landlord Evit Tenant for non pay rent 2 months

On Nov/26/07, the Judment Order my Tenanst to pay $1,405 by Dec-03-07. My Tenant directly deposited 1 bad check of $2,250 on Dec-03-07 & 1 good check of $110 on Dec-06-07 to cover for the rent of Nov. & Dec. to the bank account that I have set up for them to pay rent. What can I do to evit them out of the house?

There may be specific rules based on where you live.

Often, to evict a tenant, you must give the tenant a written notice to vacate. The eviction notice needs to include the reason along with a date for the tenant to vacate. If the tenant still does not vacate, then you need to file an eviction suit. The tenant will be served a citation, then you'll both appear in court at which time the judge will decide what to do.
