Can my pay rate be lowered?
My boss gave me 10.00 an hour to work on a line in our warehouse, now he wants me to be a line leader and told me that he is going to lower my pay to 8.00 an hour, plus he wants me to work on other lines doing twice as much work. can he lower my pay rate like that?

A company can give you a pay cut, it jus happened at my husbands work the employee's had to take a 10% cut, some were just laid off, and others are being ask to take volutarey leaves. Times ae hard andit is up to you, you can take the cut or quit, but if you want to do that I would wait until you find a job before quitting.
