How to I get copies of my psych records if my psychologist passed away?

I am about to be involved in a sexual assault case and am trying to find out how to get my records from her although she passed away and has no business associates or office staff. I don't know where to go or who to call. Can anyone point me in some direction to attempt to find this info?

I really thought I could find their repsoitory rule on line; however I came up empty.
I am fairly certain, that in the case you outlined ( nobody involved), The the probate court, if the Mn state board had not already, appoint a trustee to facilitate the records to a repository. As they would have assigned the current clients.
You should give the state board a call tomorrow, with all your identifying information, docrtor's name etc., so they can locate the caretaker of your files.

Let me know what they say, it would be helpful to many people wondering what happens to their records. Thank you for the vote; I hope I am correct.
