I noticed you needed this before september, but just seen it posted, but will answer your question anyways. It is always better to have a lawyer when going to court, but if you canot afford one then the next best thing is at least knowing where to turn for help with any forms that need filled out. You can usally get an appointment with the legal paralegal to help you feel out your packet, and cheaper than the attorney so I am going to give you a name of an attorney's firm that has several paralega's in her office you might want to call and consult with.
