Liability for motorsports event
How good is a liability release form signed by a participant. im talking about a atv rodeo motorsport event. please give me any info on this you could or any idea what can be done to get around paying the liablity insurnace. Can a person make it a club and every participant a member would that keep them from sueing you if someone was hurt. Thank you for your help
