Wanting to help...
My daughters boyfriend is 17 yrs old & was just picked up for being illegally in ths country. He was using a illegal s.s. # for a job he just got & that is how they found him. He has lived here in Vancouver, WA for 15yrs with his family, mother & father are also illegal, he attended public schools his entire life up until last year. He did get a MIP last year & has almost completely finished his sentence for that and still no one realized he wasn't legal. Can they just take him & send him back to Mexico where he has no family. What should he do? How can we help him?
