Moving out of state but there is a case against me

I am 7 mths pregnant and moving out of state through an adoption service, but there is a misdeminor shoplifting case against me. I have appeared for the appearance date and my next court date is set for after i move. I have never been in trouble for anything before. Is there anyway for someone to appear in court for me without a lawyer? and If I get probation will I be able to live out of state?
