My district manager is sexually harassing me!

For some time now my district manager has been making sexual advances and sexually harassing me inside and outside of my place of employment. I reported this to my HR department and they told me that they were going to investigate it. They told me that they were going to be contacting everyone that i had told and then they would confront my district manager, well the only people that they talked to is me and my store manager. My district manager then resigned I was told that he was given the option to resign. I have prof that this was going on and i am now being transfered so he can come back. What can I do??

I would talk with a lawyer as it sounds as though you have a pretty strong case against the store. You took the right step in reporting it. Now you should contact your local EEOC office (Equal Employment Opportunity Office) and get them involved. You can also file a lawsuit for damages against the company should they not comply.
