My Husband was killed without a will

My husband was killed last year in a car accident without a will. The mobile home and 1 acre of land is still in his name. His daughter and son want to have the title changed asap. I'm not sure of the reasons. I don't have any money except for this small estate. They want to go to probate and have the title changed. Is there a time limit on having the title changed? Would it be put in my name, if I desired. Could they have it put in their names and take it away from me? He didn't have any money, savings, 401K, or anything when I married him. We lived off my pension, 401K & Annuities. I have given his family, especially his daughter thousands of dollars when I had it. But, now through bad decision making and bad investments, I am broke. My retirement was a 5-year payout which is over. I am collecting my social security now and just got a seasonal job as a bell ringer for the Salvation Army.
Should I be concerned?

You need a lawyer quick to protect your self and your property laws vary from state to state so protect yourself now ===i am sorry to say this but if an inlaw smells a buck they will do anything to get it no matter what you did for them in the past

Thank you, Jim. I was thinking the same thing. Unfortunately, when it comes to money, anyone can turn on you.
